Refund Policy

1. Overview

Fawz offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Fawz is an independent software product. Since Paddle.com Market Limited acts as Merchant of Record for all Fawz transactions, all refund requests are subject to Paddle's buyer refund policy in addition to the terms described below.

2. 7-day satisfaction guarantee

If you subscribed to a paid Fawz plan and are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. This guarantee applies to first-time paid subscribers only. It does not apply to plan upgrades or renewals.

3. After the initial window

After the 7-day initial window, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time remaining in a billing period. If you believe you are owed a refund outside of this window due to a technical failure or exceptional circumstance, submit a request via the contact form and we will review your case individually.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, use the contact form at fawzapp.com/contact and select "💰 Refund request" as the subject. In your message, include: - Your account email address - The reason for your refund request - The date you subscribed We will respond within 72 hours to confirm receipt and initiate the process with Paddle.

5. Processing time

Refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with their standard refund procedures, typically within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Subscription cancellation

Cancelling your subscription is separate from a refund. When you cancel: - Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. - You will not be charged again after that date. - You can cancel at any time from your dashboard under Billing. If you wish to cancel and also request a refund within the 7-day window, submit both via the contact form at fawzapp.com/contact.
